Sales Manager
1.Duties & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for complete sales target
2, For important customer development, maintenance and management;
3. Development and realisation of Sales/Marketing plans and activities.
4, Can analyze business problems and provide solutions, able to independently develop the department working process and system.
2.Functional Capabilities
1. Degree or above in Business / Sales & Marketing or related disciplines;
2. 5 years and above working experience in sales, 2 years management experience; Preferred with experience on connect/Fiber products.
3. Strong negotiation skills and professional selling skills;
4. Building relationships with good interpersonal skills;
職責(zé)和責(zé)任:
1、負(fù)責(zé)完成銷售目標(biāo)。
2、負(fù)責(zé)重要客戶的開發(fā)、維護(hù)和管理。
3.、制定和實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售/營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃和活動(dòng)。
4、能分析業(yè)務(wù)問題并提供解決方案,能獨(dú)立開發(fā)部門工作流程和系統(tǒng)。
崗位要求:
1、商業(yè)/銷售及市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷或相關(guān)學(xué)科,大專以上學(xué)歷。
2、5年及以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有連接器/光纖行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3、較強(qiáng)的談判技巧和專業(yè)的銷售技巧。
4、建立良好的人際交往能力。
